He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Moore and Paul Moore; his brother-in-law Frank Maynard; and his nephew Derek McKinney. He is survived by: his wife Jane McKinney; his daughters, Tammy Becker (Tony) and Krissie Johnson (Drew); his grandchildren, Jack Becker (Hattie), Payton Johnson (Anthony), Nate Becker and Jacob Johnson; and his siblings, Craig McKinney (Jayme), Matthew McKinley, Ron Heinbaugh (Sharon), Stephanie Maynard and Monique McKinley (Erin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Society - Olathe, or Good Shepherd Hospice in Olathe in Harvey's name.
