He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Lawrence Franklin and Vada June Graham (McCue); his wife Sarah Elizabeth Green of Armstrong; his children, Lawrence Steven (Katheryn) and Carol Covey (Frank); his grandson Grant Covey (Becca); and his great grandchildren, Nora, Zoey and Eden Covey.
