He was predeceased by : his parents, Rollie Pruyn and Ione Pruyn. He is survived by : his wife Marilyn; his children, Michael Pruyn, Mark Pruyn and Valerie Young (Cliff); his grandchildren, Chris Denker (Melissa), Danielle Froelich (Taylor), Jordan Pruyn, Cordell Pruyn, Chelsea Young and Cameron Nelson; and his great grandchildren, Paisley Denker, Greyson Denker and Lorelai Froelich.

Memorial Donations may be made to Village Hospice 400 NW Murray Rd. Lee's Summit , Mo. 64081 or Parkinson Foundation of The Heartland 8900 State Line Rd. #320 Leawood, Kansas 66206 in lieu of flowers.
