She was predeceased by : her parents, Chancey Elmer and Matilda Josephine Case (Bender); her husband Dale Lee McAfee; and her sister Wanda Hayes. She is survived by : her children, Susan Teske (Randy) of Pratt, Kurt McAfee (Connie) of Wichita and Lisa Bergner (Jim) of Pratt; and her grandchildren, Alison McAfee, Carson McAfee, Jamie Hixon (Garrett) and Brent Bergner.

Memorials may be made to the Church of Christ or PRRC in care of the mortuary.
