She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Althouse and Gladys Antrim Spatz; her friend Bertha Conley; her son Joe C. Barnett; and her brothers, Harold "Skinny" Spatz and Robert J. "Bob" Spatz.
She is survived by: her husband Edwin W. Barnett; her friends, Clifford and Alleen Bell of Chase County; her son Dr. Jim Barnett (Rosie Hansen) of Topeka; and her grandchildren, Blake Edward Barnett and Chelsea Christine Barnett of Chicago, Ill..
