He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh H. Jones and Jessie Wood Jones; and his siblings, Frances, Gladys, Viola, Gomer, Gerold, David and Gene.
He is survived by: his wife Martha J. Haught; his children, Debra Creekmore (Jerry) of Grove, Marcia Abendroth (Dan) of Omaha, Nebraska, Eldon Jones (Lisa) of Reading, Gary Jones of Reading and Glenn Jones of Wichita; his sister Florence Painter of Topeka; his grandchildren, Brian Jones (Caitlin), Blair Jones, Alicia Jones (James), Mackenzie Abendroth and Laci Abendroth; and his sister-in-law Ramona Jones of Gillette, Wyoming. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
