He is survived by: his wife Lisa Morgan; his children, Melanie Cotton (Jon), Roy Morgan (Nikki), Dale Morgan (Denisa), Michael Morgan (Rebecca Greenwood), Derek Morgan and Lance Morgan; his mother Joan Hoyle; his grandmother Addie Ulmer; his siblings, Brad Morgan and Anne Williams (Troy); and his grandchildren, Zachary Cotton, Carly Cotton, Damien Cotton, Ariana Morgan and Dean Morgan.
