He was predeceased by : his father Robert Foster. He is survived by : his mother Sally Foster (Glotzbach) of Topeka; his wife Ann; his children, Perry Foster (Breaira) of Rossville and Amelia Foster of Rossville; and his sisters, Anita Sidesinger (Chad) of Topeka, Mary Heffern (Larry) of Topeka and Karen Anderson (Aaron) of Topeka.
