We bid farewell to Dorothy Cook in Rossville, Kansas, born in Lawrence, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 26, 2025 at the age of 90. Dorothy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid adieu to Dorothy's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Dorothy has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian Loewenstein and Nellie Loewenstein (Purcell); her husband Edward "Ed" Cook; and her siblings, Henry and Pauline.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Schnellbacher (Gary), Sharon Holt (Don) and Karen Randolph.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parker-Price & Davidson (245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS 66608).
