He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Milo "Bill" and Luella May Cook (Eaton); his wife Wilma Jeanne Majors; and his grandson Samuel. He is survived by: his children, Debs Cook (Tracey) of Harper, Jon Cook (Emily) of Douglas, Steve Cook II (Lori) of Wichita, Shon Cook (Tiffani) of Wichita and Darin Cook of Harper; and his grandchildren, Brianna, Malarie, Matthew, Brice, Tami, Troy, Riley and Danielle. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Heartland Hospice or Chaparral Trap Shooting Team and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
