It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lajune J. Gustin (Russell, Kansas), who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lajune J. Gustin to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Huldrich Michaelis and Sarah Michaelis (Deines); her children, Brent Gustin (Clare) of Hays, KS, Kevin Gustin (Kathy) of Colorado Springs, CO, Renee Cook of Tulsa, OK and Craig Gustin (Stacey) of Ellsworth, KS.; her grandchildren, Keith, Sarah Gustin, Johnathan Gustin, Ethan, Landon Cook, Darrell and Macey Gustin; her great grandchildren, Levi and Paige Gustin; her siblings, Naomi Dumler and Richard Michaelis (Dianna) of Sioux City, IA.; and her husband Charles Gustin.

Due to the risks associated with the Covid virus there will not be a visitation with family nor a public service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be St. Paul Lutheran Church of Galatia, St. Mark Lutheran Church of Great Bend or the Michaelis Reunion.
