She was predeceased by : her parents, Vernon Lincoln and Blache Bell Neusbaum (Ensley); her husband Woodrow "Red" Webb of Russell; and her siblings, Inez Gilmore (Herald), Winifred Hoskins (Wilfred), Veda LaRosh (Gerald), Dorothy Egeland (Bob) and Richard Neusbaum (Connie).

Memorial contributions can be given to the Grace Community Youth Group, Riverton, Kansas in care of the funeral home.
