He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Hull and Opal Hull (Young); his parents-in-law, Arnold and Lena; and his daughter Shelly Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Kelly Jones (Tim) and Johnny Hull (Tami); his son-in-law Chad Ellis; his grandchildren, Kurtis Gibson, Kelsie McCage (Jake), Taryn and Jordy Hull; his great grandchildren, John and Jordan Fuller; and his siblings, LeRoy Hull (Connie) and Elizabeth Fink (David).
