She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thelma Foster and Jim Foster; her siblings, Linda Colby of Tennessee and James Foster of Detroit; her children, Terry Kettle of Casper, Lisa Skaar of Williston and James Bowden of Williston; her grandchildren, Stephanie Huntsman of Williston, Anthony Paulley of Los Angeles, Amanda Manning of Williston and Brittany Woods of Casper; her great grandchildren, Molly Huntsman, AJ Coughlin of Casper, Jaxson Grannis of Williston and Gemma Yadon of Williston; her great-uncle Jimmy; her great-aunt Dorothy Dell; and her husband Don. She was also cherished by her cousins, nieces, and nephews.
