It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manuel Rios Jr. of Scott City, Kansas, born in Laredo, Texas, who passed away on May 16, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Manuel Rios Sr. and Hortencia Garcia Rios; his wife Virginia Rios; and his siblings, Pete Rios, Andrew Rios and Carmen Jurado.

He is survived by : his children, Roy Rios of Scott City, Andrew Rios of Scott City, Alex Rios of Scott City, Olivia Enriquez of Scott City, Debbie Oronia of Scott City and Laurie Rios of Scott City; and his siblings, Tony Rios of Garden City, Juanita Otero of Holcomb, Ramona Gandarilla of Holcomb, Mary Garcia of Holcomb, Lupe Rios of Garden City, Elena Rios of Denver, Francis Rios of Dodge City, Anita Rios Tretto of Dodge City and Betsy Villanueva of Texas, Fifteen. He is also survived by Fifteen Grandchildren, Eleven Great Grandchildren.
