It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil J. Bland (Scott City, Kansas), born in Plainville, Kansas, who passed away on March 4, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Harley Cecil and Lilly A. Smith Bland; his wife Thelma R. Meis; and his sisters, Eunice Baham and Irma Ewing.

He is survived by : his sons, Byron Bland of Hays, Warren Bland of Scott City, Randall (Melissa Bland) and Ryan (Amanda Bland). He is also survived by Five Grandchildren.

In Lieu of Flowers can be made to the St. Joseph Catholic Church in care of Price and Sons Funeral Home.
