She is survived by : her mother Crystal Newby (Higgs) of Sedan, Kansas; her children, Nathanial Higgs-Schapansky of Barnsdall and Freya Higgs of Sedan, Kansas; her siblings, Jerrid Higgs of Caney, Kansas and Abby Newby of Sedan, Kansas; her grandparents, Diane, John Berryman of Peru, Jerry, Cathy Higgs of Scurry, Texas, Dick and Dora Newby of Jefferson City, Missouri; and her nephew Brayden Higgs.
