He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Dykes and Glenda Dykes (Koch); his son Adam Dykes; and his brother David Dykes. He is survived by : his wife Vickie Dykes; his children, Jacob Dykes, Laura Dykes of Wichita and Mary Ann Dykes (Marcus Wright) of Wichita, Kansas; his sister Fayetta "Faye" (Rick Thornton) of Valley Center, Kansas; and his grandsons, Antonio and Isaiah Wright of Wichita, Kansas. He is also survived by several nephews and other family members.
