She was predeceased by : her father Charles "Slick" Strayer; her husband Otis "Tuffy" McKinney; her grandson Tommy McKinney; and her mother Bertha "Tallman" Strayer. She is survived by : her children, Dennis McKinney of Chautauqua, KS, Tom McKinney (Michelle) of Sedan, KS, MaDonna McKinney of Numa, IA, Brandy McKinney of Pawhuska, OK, Stephanie Jones (Robert) of Caney and Travis McKinney of Moline, KS; her brother Ed Strayer of Sapula, OK; her close friend Margaret Jones of Chautauqua, KS.; and her son Roy Lee McKinney. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews that she views as her own children.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chautauqua Southern Baptist Church.
