We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2019, at the age of 66, Debra D. Cozad (Smith Center, Kansas), born in Dayton, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Debra D. Cozad to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lomie Shure and Doris Shure (Crum); and her brother Roy Shure. She is survived by : her husband Eugene Cozad of Smith Center; and her children, Ronnie Cozad of Chase, KS, Penelope Mangiameli (Mike) of Smith Center and Tina Cozad of Smith Center. She is also survived by four grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the Smith County Memorial Hospital or Debra D. Cozad Memorial Fund and can be sent in care of All Faiths Funeral Chapel, 113 S. Madison St., Smith Center, KS 66967.
