It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorna Jean Hajny of Smith Center, Kansas, who passed away on June 17, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Charley Underwood and Elsie Underwood (Snyder); and her brothers, Milton Underwood (Arleta), Max Underwood and Dale Underwood.
She is survived by : her spouse Nolin Hajny; her children, Melvin Hajny (Helen Chancellor), Sherry (Robert Young) and Brad (Kathy Hajny); her siblings, Corrinne Johnson of Blair, Nebraska and Verle Underwood of Bellevue, Nebraska.; her close friend Pam Hajny; her sisters, Gayle Cole (Junior) and Charlotte Frank (Robert); her brother-in-law Eugene Johnson; and her grandchildren, Melissa Hajny and Corey Hajny. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren.
