She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman Jacob and Margaret Giese (Dohe); and her brothers, Robert Giese (Nadine) and Myron Giese. She is survived by : her former life partner Myron McKenzie; her children, Janeille, Kelly McKenzie of Smith Center, Kim Hawkins (Kevin Baetz) of Smith Center, Jay McKenzie (Penny) of Smith Center and Jan Henry (Tony) of Salina; and her sisters, Dorothy Seems (Dean) of Gaylord, Carol Wolf (James) of Gloucester, VA, Lorena Stephens (Howard) of Kensington and Joyce Giese of Hastings, NE. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Marilyn P. McKenzie Memorial Fund and sent in care of All Faiths Funeral Chapel, 113 S. Madison St., Smith Center, KS 66967.
