He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Dugan, Sr. and Lezetta May Dugan (Schultz); his children, Michael A. Dugan and Julia May Dugan; and his brother John T. Dugan, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Mary Anna McKinney; his children, Wendy Edwards (Louis) of Netawaka, KS, Barbara Polson (Thad) of Nortonville, KS, Richard Dugan (Michele) of St. George, KS and Kenneth Dugan of Corinth, TX; his siblings, Ethel M. Caulk (Tracy) of Rockingham, NC, Charles E. Dugan (JoAnn) of Delia, KS, Wilbur D. Dugan of Holton, KS and Robert R. Dugan (Sandy) of Lumberton, TX; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Christopher, Matthew, Sara, Kyle, Heather, Gavin, Spencer, Grant, Kennedy and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Lily, Gage, London and Brextyn.
