He is survived by: his wife Rita Arndt; his children, Curtis Miller (Jo) of Sayre and Cheryl Knox (Steve) of Alva; his stepchildren, Shelley Glenn (Joel) of Valley Center and Rick Galbreath of Dacoma; and his grandchildren, Adam Miller (Dominique) of Moore, Kimberly Williams (Kevin) of Elk City, Van Johnson (Brittany) of Balko, Brooke Crawford (Tyler) of Alva, Brandon Glenn (Lindsay) of Goddard, Joshua Glenn (Diana) of Valley Center, Chelsey Barnhart (Dakota) of Rose Hill and Ericka Boblett (Tim) of Neosho, Missouri. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
