She is survived by: her mother Beverly Dykeman; her husband William Noel; her aunt Patricia Steckelberg; her cousin Brian Steckelberg; her niece Olivia Steckelberg; her mother-in-law Betty Noel; her brother Craig Noel; and her sister-in-law Brenda Noel.
In lieu of flowers, an honorarium to the Pet Ministry has been established at the Church of the Resurrection to help train service dogs as she had a soft spot for her favorite furry dog daughter Harper Rose, a valued family member and devoted companion.
