She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Stoppel; her parents, John Hafliger and Stella Hafliger (Lesser); and her siblings, Fern Clark, Floyd, William, John and Fredrick Hafliger.
She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Stoppel (Susan) of Sublette, KS, Larry Stoppel (Susan) of Kansas City, KS and Allen Stoppel of Wichita, KS; her grandchildren, Jennifer Stoppel, Greg Stoppel (Tina) of Sublette, KS, Jill Stoppel-Davis (André) of Kansas City, KS, Jeff Stoppel (Courtney) of Kansas City, KS, Jacob Stoppel of Kansas City, KS and Claire Stoppel of Wichita, KS; her great grandchildren, David Stoppel of Springfield, MO, Téa Stoppel of Sublette, KS and Jace Davis of Kansas City, KS; her sister Joan Stoppel of Satanta, KS; and her sisters-in-law, Virginia Hafliger of Wakeeney, KS and Doris Hafliger of Wakeeney, KS. She is also survived by her three boys into men, guided the grandchildren.
