He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ernest and Mary Ann Nather (Oborny). He is survived by: his wife Sheila Nather; his daughters, Jennifer Roth (Zachary), Kera Willer (Erik), Audra Nuckolls (Nate Warner) and Sedonah Schad; his grandson Riggins Willer; and his sisters, Annie Pechanec and Linda Hampton (Paul). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family requests memorials to the Alzheimer's Association, or the Rush County Sheriff's Office Equipment Fund, La Crosse, Kansas.
