With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethel Marie Knopsnyder of Tonganoxie, Kansas, born in Osawatomie, Kansas, who passed away on April 1, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, George Thompson and Hazel Thompson (Jackson); her husband Bert W. Knopsnyder; her daughter Linda Sue Stapleton; her grandchildren, Joel Stapleton, Sheri Stapleton-Hewitt of Tucson, AZ and Cassie Helm of Lawrence, KS; and her great grandchildren, Tyrin and Kyden.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to the Humane Society in her name.
