We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2022, at the age of 66, Kevin Lee Austin of Tonganoxie, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his parents, Richard Austin and Georgia Austin (Malsam) of Medicine Lodge, KS; his wife Mary Ann Austin (Waite); his children, Quinten Austin (Trish) of Olathe, KS, Kala Brower (Devran) of Shawnee, KS and Afton Shelley (Bryan) of Kansas City, KS; his siblings, Kyle Austin (Cindy) of Preston, KS, Kim Keller (Gary) of Garden City, KS, Kerri Dinkel of Basehor, KS and Kona Errebo (Gregg) of Holcomb, KS; and his grandchildren, Mya, Bryce, Gage, Lucas, Taysen, Tinley and Ty.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church; or to 99 Spring Club Incorporated P.O. Box 392 Medicine Lodge, KS 67104.

Deanne Bergman wrote a sympathy message

“So sorry for your loss! I worked in the same building as Kevin when he taught virtual school. My memories of him are his huge laugh! We could hear him all through the building. We were both early to work and I would walk in and he would have his 70's music blaring!! Another memory was KS Day. Kevin would appear in his full western wear, complete with chaps, cowboy hat and boots. Praying for peace that only God can give! Deanne Bergman”
