She was predeceased by : her parents, Francis Steele and Lucille Steele (Basye); her brother Edwin Steele; her children, Kent, Brian and Devin; and her granddaughter Michelle Chandler.
She is survived by : her husband Frank Chandler; her sons, Bart Chandler of Lawrence, KS, Todd Chandler of Talbott, TN and Nathaniel Chandler of Jacksonville, FL; and her siblings, Dale Steele of Malabar, FL, Johanna Sweatt of Boise, ID, Raynette Steele of Galt, CA, Connie Spence of Galt, CA and Janet Bentz of Stayton, OR. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
