He is survived by : his wife Linda Beinkampen (Franklin); his children, Tanya Beinkampen of Baltimore, MD, Joseph Beinkampen, Baltimore, MD, Thomas Beinkampen, Jr., Joppa, MD, Michael Paquette, Bobbi-Jo Fout and Taneytown, MD; and his sisters, Peggy Elick of Joppa, MD and Linda Taylor of Millers, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
