Betty Laverne Neavitt Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Laverne Neavitt of Topeka, Kansas, born in Earlsboro, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 30, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover C. Shirley and Minnie L. Shirley; and her siblings, Kate Holley, Ida Jackson, Stella Riggs, Vernon Shirley, Aaron Shirley, James Shirley and David Shirley.
She is survived by: her sons, Garry D. Neavitt (Debbie) of Charlotte, NC, Jeffrey D. Neavitt (Chris) of Phoenix, AZ and Mark D. Neavitt (Lisa) of Oskaloosa, KS. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Atchison United Methodist Church or the Presbyterian Manor and may be left in care of Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with whom final arrangements have been entrusted.
