He is survived by: his daughter Katharine Cook; his grandchildren, Kyleigha, Kaitlynn Blanton, Makayla, Tiana and Wyatt Cook; his great grandchildren, Rozzlynn and Ryker; and his sisters, Anita Lacey, Cheryl Hill (Rex) and Barbara Schneider (Tim). He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
