She was predeceased by: her parents, R. Dean Billbe and Maisie Billbe (Duncan). She is survived by: her sisters, Cathy Fisher (Tom) and Jo Ellen Toner; her stepmother Belle Billbe; and her stepbrother Ray Allen Brassfield. She is also survived by 5 nephews and one niece, and 8 great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army of Kansas City.
