It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jarnell Webb of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on November 2, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Lavetta Webb; his wife Ruby; and his sister Brenda Webb. He is survived by: his children, Jarnell "Jay" Webb, Jr. of Topeka, Eric Webb, Sr. of Topeka, Damon Webb, Sr. of Topeka, Cedric Webb, Sr. of Parsons, Marcus Webb of Parsons, Sheldon Webb of Parsons and Marlaina Webb of Topeka; his stepson Charles Hervey, III (Kellie) of Texas, Two; his siblings, Delmar Webb of Parsons, Jeffery Webb of Parsons and Della Webb of Coffeyville; and his grandchild Twenty. He is also survived by Twenty great-grandchildren, One great-great granddaughter.
