She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Smith and Eleanor Smith (Phelon); and her daughter Tracy Badger. She is survived by: her husband Tom Badger; her children, Todd Badger of Stuart, Florida and Tara Phillips of Wichita; and her brother Walter Smith III of Scranton. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
