She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Hurst and Phyllis Rickard Hurst; and her son Robert Greg Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Ron Moore; and her children, Chris Phillips, Candace Felch (David), Michael Moore (Mary Beth) and Beth Mohler (David).
