She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brother Bernard; her daughter Lydia; her sister Ysabel; her stepson Vincent Gutierrez; her son-in-law Michael Houser; her children, Lisa Houser of Overland Park, Lori Wickliffe (Kevin) of Lawrence and Anthony Gutierrez (Amy) of Salisbury; her stepdaughter Deborah Hunter (Jeff); and her mother Lisa Sandmeyer of Topeka. She was also cherished by children, two of her grandchildren, and a son-in-law.
