He is survived by: his wife Brenda Betzen; his children, Ted Gardner, Donna Hallam, Gloria Horn (Dave), Cathy Pinson (Doug) and Michael Gardner; his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Haley, Jada, Hunter, Evelyn and Joshua; and his brother Craig Gardner.
