He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Flournoy and Edna Flournoy (Norman); his siblings, Joseph Flournoy of Ocala, Florida and Virginia "Jenny" Baxter of Benton; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Adams, Alex Adams, Ryan Adams, Jessilyn Adams and Katilyn Adams.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald Flournoy Trust set up at Kaw Valley Bank.
