Ruth A. Bybee Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2020, at the age of 82, Ruth A. Bybee of Topeka, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her close friend Dixie L. Barb; her parents, Otis Bybee and Dena Bybee; and her siblings, Joseph Harper and Thelma Watson.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Palmer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
