He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin Denny and Maggie Denny (Edens); his daughter Dorothy Ann Denny; and his siblings, Edward Emery Denny and Emma Maude Ellison.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle McAtee; his children, Stephanie (Michael Simmons) and William "Bill" Denny (Kathianne); his grandchildren, Dakota, Alyssa Denny, Mitchell Simmons, Riley, Shay Denny, Amanda Denny, Gregory, Allison Simmons, Aaron, Tabby Simmons and Maggie Simmons; his great grandchild Dorothy Ann Denny; and his sister Dorothy Berger (Dot).
The family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the family to help defray expenses or to Montgomery County 4H and may be left in care of the chapel.
