He was predeceased by : his parents, Archie Shook and Gladys Shook (Walker). He is survived by : his former life partner LeeAnn Dimitt; his children, Kim Shook of Woodstock, GA., Cindy Garoutte (Brandon) of Columbus, MT., Kevin Shook (ReLinda) of Elkhart, KS. and Matt Shook of Bentley, KS.; his sister Rita Hoffman of Olathe, KS.; his grandchildren, Allison Anderson, Samantha Garcia, Braden Harbour, Dakota Shook, Kadence Shook, Colton Lumpkins and Jace Garoutte; his great grandchildren, Emery Anderson, Avery Anderson and Aurora Doty; his stepmother Edna Tilson of Garden City, KS.; and his stepsiblings, Sherri Moore, Terri Wood and Russell Meinert. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
