She was predeceased by: her husband Merle William Galyon; her daughter Sheri; her son-in-law Bart Whitchurch; her parents, Herbert Schrader and Dorothy Schrader-Peavler; and her sister Betty Rose Garrison.
She is survived by: her son Dennis (Alicia Galyon) of Edmond; and her grandchildren, Paula Whitchurch, Darin Whitchurch (Julie) of Cedar Bluff, Ala., Heather Galyon (Okla) and Tony Galyon (Jennifer). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Church (325 N Emporia Ave, Valley Center, KS 67147).
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Shriner's Children Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
