He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ratcliff and Mary Jane Ratcliff; and his brother Charles Ratcliff. He is survived by: his wife Annette M. Ratcliff of Valley Center; his daughter Crystal Ratcliff-Amarasekara (Asanga) of McLoud, OK; his grandchildren, Onya and Aaden Ratcliff-Amarasekara; his sister Kathy Woodworth (David) of Wichita; his parents-in-law, Dale and Aletha Hancock of Wichita; and his brothers-in-law, Stanley Hancock (Kim) of Derby and Randy Hancock (Pat) of Rose Hill, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and gifts donations would be appreciated to start a memorial scholarship fund at WSU Tech for students who graduated from one of Wichita's remaining Alternative High Schools.
