He is survived by : his children, Donielle Cook (Scott Geesling) of Kingman, Charisse Cook (Mike Moratelli) of Firestone and Wade Cook (Aubrey) of Parkville; his grandchildren, Easton Cook, Beckett Cook of Parkville, Mack Moratelli, Rocco Walt Moratelli of Firestone, Nash Geesling and Dean Geesling of Kingman; and his siblings, David Cook (Zerell) of Choctaw, Evan Cook (Terry) of Coldwater and Cynthia Diehl of Phoenix. He is also survived by his mother; his wife.
