He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his children, Philip Westhoff of Walnut, Anna Goble (David) of Girard, Eileen Bland (Rick) of Girard, Connie Westhoff (Joe) of Olathe, Donna Rodriguez (Ernesto) of Lenexa, Diana Ericson (Jeff) of Forest and Fourteen of Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Ben Goble (Mindy), Chris Goble (Kari), Sara Goble, Kathy Bland, Emily Stonerock (Aaron), Bridgette Johnston (Tyler), Teresa Westhoff, Michael Westhoff (Anna), Ernie Rodriguez (Leslie), Amanda Fulks (Phillip), Nicolas Rodriguez, Olivia Rodriguez, Monica Rodriguez and Patrick Rodriguez; and his great grandchildren, Alex Goble, Reese Rodriguez, Anastasia Fulks, Emmett Fulks and Evelyn Westhoff.
