He was predeceased by : his parents, James "Austin" and Ada Snapp (Scritchfield); his wife Alta Marie Boman; and his brother Kenny Snapp. He is survived by : his children, Janet Seematter (Terry), Connie Carr (Kent), Pam Havenstein (Mark) and Randy Snapp (Lori); his grandchildren, Christopher Seematter (Janae), Caitlin Davis (Cody), Lindsay Bryant (Travis), Zach Havenstein, Brad Havenstein, Greg Snapp, Chad Snapp, Allison Snapp and Tyler Snapp; his great grandchildren, Westin, Anna Seematter, Colton and Sierra Davis; his sister Helen Beashore of Edwardsville, KS; and his sister-in-law Rita Snapp of Westmoreland, KS..
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorials to Wamego Community Foundation – Veteran's Memorial, or the Wamego High School Honor Flight, and may be left in care of Stewart Funeral Home, P.O. Box 48, Wamego, KS 66547.
