She was predeceased by : her parents, Perry H. Phillips and Wanda Belle Phillips (Sorenson); her son Larry Chapman; and her sisters, Dorothy Giffin, Viola Fisher and Marcella.
She is survived by : her husband Dale; and her children, Perry Chapman (Diane, Waverly, Sandra), Randy Chapman (Georganne, Yukon, Oklahoma), David Chapman (Connie, Waverly) and Daryl Chapman (Sandy, Baldwin, Kansas). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.
