He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Edward and Lena Collins (Peine); his children, Sara, David, Jennifer, Chris and Chad; and his grandchildren, Jessie, Colby, Wade and Seth.

Mark would prefer no memorial donations be given in his name but that those who knew him would Pay It Forward.
